Bits & Pretzels 2025 is behind us—and what a ride it was.

From the moment the doors opened, the energy was exactly what you hope for at an event like this: thousands of people, countless ideas, and conversations happening everywhere. Somewhere between coffee-fueled mornings and long, buzzing afternoons, it became clear why gatherings like this matter so much. They bring together people who are building, questioning, and pushing boundaries—often in completely different ways, yet somehow aligned in their ambition to create something meaningful.

For us at ElmEAS, the past days were an opportunity to step out of our day-to-day work and bring our ideas into the real world. We’ve been focused on rethinking healthcare software—reducing complexity, improving interoperability, and connecting systems that traditionally don’t work well together. At Bits & Pretzels, we were able to share that vision, test it in conversation, and, most importantly, listen.

What stood out most were the exchanges. Honest, direct, and often unexpected. We spoke with founders, investors, and operators from a wide range of industries, each bringing a different perspective. Time and again, we saw the same pattern: the challenges we’re addressing in healthcare—fragmented systems, inefficient workflows, lack of connectivity—are not unique. And that made the discussions even more valuable.

Our booth at ST76 became a small but constant meeting point throughout the event. People stopped by out of curiosity, stayed for the conversation, and often left with new ideas—just as we did. These interactions reinforced that the demand for simpler, more connected systems is real, and that our approach resonates far beyond a single use case.

Looking back, Bits & Pretzels 2025 was a great success for us. Not just in terms of visibility, but in the quality of conversations, the feedback we received, and the connections we made. We’re leaving the event with fresh perspectives, new opportunities, and a strong sense that we’re building something that matters.

Now it’s back to work—with plenty of new input, and even more motivation to keep going. 🚀
