About the role
You'll work closely with the founder to build and scale our dream team. Day to day, this will include:
Collaborate and work closely with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine candidate qualifications and suitability.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to offer negotiation and onboarding.
What you need to bring
Proven work experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Bachelor's degree (or above)
Quick learner with an ambitious and delivery-oriented approach
Nice to haves, but not required:
